WP Includes is a mentorship program that is all about helping women thrive in the WordPress ecosystem. Mentees are paired with experienced mentors who have been there, done that, and are ready to guide others through the challenges they are facing. Over five months, mentorship pairs have regular calls and have access to a supportive community of other women in WordPress through a Slack channel.

Experienced pros become mentors as a fantastic way to help the next generation of women leaders find their footing while reflecting on their own leadership journeys.

WP Includes was founded by Siobhan McKeown, Francesca Marano, and Dee Teal.
